

I called him asking what the results of the approval was and he said I didn’t get approved. ********************************* from ******* told me that he would give me a call at the end of the day on Friday, Saturday or Monday with the results of the loan. When speaking to ******* ******* they stated that they would need two years of income but failed to mention the importance of credit history and how long I would need have in order to be approved. ****** ***** recommended ******* ******* that uses tower federal credit union with an outstanding approval odds for my car loan refinance. Please note that per our review of our Members emails to our Tower Employee, the emails contained an email address that was neither known to our Employee nor contained any information that would identify our Member or the loan. Our Member also indicated that she had emailed a specific Tower employee with her concern but to-date had not received a response.Īs always, we appreciate our Members business and our Team is here to help as always. Our Team was able, however, to contact our Member and make a loan offer which our Member has subsequently accepted. For reasons of privacy, we cannot provide details regarding the loan application.
